wow, I've been working on this for a while....since October...o_o
well, I'm glad I'm finished with it! (although I still have the whole brass and woodwind section+percussion+the conductor to do...)
yes, piano as string instrument is debatable, but...yeah.
They're "instrument-gijinka", but they're also more like a representation of a stereotypical player of the corresponding instrument (some may be wrong, they're from personal experiences...)
hopefully I can post reference sheets of the individuals later?
but for now, the basic personalities:
Harp: Rich, generous, very ladylike
Piano: Bipolar...(in a full-orchestra setting, very shy; in a concerto/solo setting, passionate and strong)
First Violin: Unconsciously arrogant
Second Violin: Happy-go-lucky
Viola:Weird Unique
Cello: Self-confident, strong-willed
Bass: Quiet, passive
Orchestra Gijinka project:
Strings: here
Conductor: [link]
Now working on the woodwind section...

Well, if you meet a youth orchestra Bass section, they are the opossite to "passive".
